Jerry Courvoisier is a photographer, educator, and writer whose passion for photography, enthusiasm, and patient instruction have made him a popular teacher and workshop leader. His photographic journey tours help photographers of all levels develop the visual elements that express a sense of place. Jerry complements the visual creative experience by inspiring participants to fully experience and interact with the local environment and culture. Jerry has led more than 160 workshops and maintains an active teaching and lecture schedule on photography and digital darkroom applications. He has taught with the National Geographic Expeditions series and regularly leads workshops in Great Britain, Italy, Germany, and Australia. Jerry directed the Santa Fe Photographic Workshops digital program for 14 years, building it into one of the most respected digital educational programs in the world. His latest book is Lessons in DSLR Workflow with Lightroom 2.0 and Photoshop.
